Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and community presence.

The role is non-exempt, onsite, with flexible hours including Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours per week. Active EA/CPA/Attorneys welcome, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, and you must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
