Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering a trusted customer experience.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires tax credentials, strong service skills, and the ability to engage with customers in a retail setting. A strong community presence is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses or permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep with 30+ returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; comfortable working onsite.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and public face.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes accessible and approachable.
