Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and community presence.

The role is onsite, non-exempt, and requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. A strong tax background, active licenses, and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must have PTIN as required by law.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the US.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal and state).
• Familiarity with tax law and Circular 230 guidelines.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.
• Ability to build local client relationships and community presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, plan ahead, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and local community efforts.
