Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships.

The role requires onsite presence, strong tax knowledge, active PTIN, and willingness to wear a uniform. A front-facing retail environment with community engagement opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and front-facing retail environment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, attracting and nurturing clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long‑term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person at TurboTax locations using Intuit tools and marketing support.
