Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local clientele and promoting TurboTax in the community.

The role emphasizes proactive customer service, local marketing, and long-term client relationships, with a focus on delivering accurate tax solutions in plain language.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain related state licenses/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• onsite availability at TurboTax location (20+ hours/week).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Comfort working in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, plan ahead, and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community presence.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and support through in-person interactions.
