Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person, while actively growing the local client base and fostering trust within the community.

The role emphasizes tax expertise, customer service, and relationship-building, with a non-exempt, on-site schedule and opportunities for growth within Intuit’s marketing and community initiatives.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and amendments.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through professionalism and a client-first approach.
