Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and growing TurboTax's community presence. The role is non-exempt, onsite, and requires 20+ hours per week with potential for increased demand during peak seasons.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers, including complex scenarios.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships through trust and outreach.
