Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers, building lasting relationships in your local community. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, community representation, and leveraging marketing resources to grow the TurboTax client base, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients meet financial goals.
