Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers.

You will also help grow the local TurboTax client base, foster community relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and accessible tax tips. This role is non-exempt and onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Deliver excellent customer experience, build trust, and develop local clientele and relationships.
