Intuit, Inc. seeks talented TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax prep, tax advice, and software support while growing the client base and delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes local community engagement, proactive outreach, and building long-term client relationships. Must reside in the United States and be able to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Formación

• Must hold active EA/CPA or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with tax software and tax rules; able to handle complex returns.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes; willingness to obtain state licenses as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, front-facing retail setting.

Conocimientos

EA/CPA/Attorney license

Tax preparation experience

PTIN holder

Onsite retail advisor

Bilingual English/Spanish

Educación
