Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support.

You will engage with local customers, grow TurboTax client base, and foster long-term relationships while representing the brand in the community. On-site duties and a non-exempt schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040s).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Customer-focused, able to build local community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language using available tools.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
