Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, serving as a trusted advisor in a retail environment.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, growing relationships, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing. It is non-exempt with on-site hours, offering benefits and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Licensing: active EA/CPA or attorney; PTIN required for tax filing.
• Must maintain or obtain state licenses/certifications as applicable.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax locations and support in-person clients.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via tools.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Build trust to develop long-term client relationships and referrals.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing for community outreach and growth.
