Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clarity.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base by engaging with the community, leading outreach, and delivering exceptional service in a front-facing retail environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN registration to file taxes required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and foster client relationships.
• Engage with local communities and support TurboTax marketing efforts.
