Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and promote TurboTax products while building lasting local relationships.

Role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, in-person service, and community outreach. Must reside in the United States and be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly in a front-facing retail setting.

Formación

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license strongly preferred.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required to file taxes.
• Onsite in TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience filing 1040s for 30+ returns per season is a plus.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full-service tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Offer tax advice, calculations, and software support on-site.
• Grow the local client base through in-person client engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional, compliant customer experience.
