Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support clients in a community-focused retail environment.

This role emphasizes growing the local client base, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and leveraging Intuit marketing and tools to help clients maximize refunds and plan for future tax years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional tax software.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
