Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building trust and long-term relationships in your local community.

Role includes community engagement, local marketing support, and a focus on growing the TurboTax client base with a strong emphasis on customer service and compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and serving as a public face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
