Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building trusted relationships and growing a local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication to help clients meet financial goals.
