Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support software usage in a front-facing retail environment.

You will engage the local community, grow the client base, and sustain long-term relationships with customers while leveraging marketing support and tools from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working on-site at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
