Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking proactive TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow client relationships.

The role emphasizes in-person, front-facing service, a strong customer experience, and the opportunity to leverage marketing support to build a thriving local practice within retail space.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations and software support.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize liabilities.
• Deliver customer-centric tax guidance and build long-term client relationships in the local community.
