Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building long-term client relationships in the local community.

This on-site, non-exempt role requires a strong tax background, active licensing, and a passion for helping customers navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• Active license as EA/CPA/attorney required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Proficiency with professional tax software.
• Ability to build local client relationships.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and build trust.
• Assist in local marketing and client development efforts.
