Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor and building local client relationships.

You will engage with the community, grow the TurboTax client base, and collaborate with the TurboTax network and marketing support to empower customers and drive prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays-Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, build trust, and expand relationships with clients over time.
