Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building local client relationships and contributing to community engagement.

You will leverage your tax expertise and marketing support to grow a local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform calculations and software/product support for TurboTax products.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
• Build relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the local community with marketing support.
