Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate taxes and build lasting relationships in your community. As a front-facing tax professional, you’ll provide full service tax preparation, advice, and support, while growing the local client base with marketing support and friendly, accessible service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus.
• Assist with local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax’s client base in the community.
