Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized service to customers in a welcoming environment, building trust and ongoing relationships within your community. You’ll represent TurboTax, engage with new prospects, and collaborate with marketing efforts to grow the local client base while delivering accurate tax solutions and a positive

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on long-term relationships.
• Support local marketing efforts and leverage TurboTax resources to expand the client network.
