Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, advisory services, and software support while building lasting relationships with local clients.

As a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate complex tax situations, promote TurboTax products, and participate in local community outreach. This role requires on-site presence and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
