Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks qualified TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will build lasting client relationships and contribute to local marketing while delivering personalized tax solutions. Responsibilities include hands-on tax prep, tax planning, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (1040s) per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize liabilities.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear language.
• Support local marketing and build a growing client base through community engagement.
