Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site, provide full-service tax preparation and advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will engage with the community, build trust, and leverage marketing support to attract new clients.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season using professional tax software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
