Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will combine tax expertise with community engagement to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes while representing Intuit’s mission of Powering Prosperity around the World. As a Retail Expert, you’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local relationships and growing the customer base, delivering a

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
Willing to build local social presence per company policies.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
