Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

You will engage with new prospects, grow the client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment, supported by TurboTax marketing and resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses and bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sources, tools, and team expertise.
• Create an excellent customer experience in-person at TurboTax locations and through available channels.
