Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to perform in-person tax return preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will engage customers, provide tax guidance, and leverage software tools to deliver accurate tax outcomes in a friendly, community-focused environment. You will help grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in marketing efforts with TurboTax support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Help grow the local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Represent TurboTax credibly as a trusted advisor in-person and via digital channels.
