Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience. You’ll provide complete tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, engaging with customers and building long-term relationships in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
