Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support software usage, leveraging your tax expertise to help customers navigate complex tax situations. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 7 days a week possible.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build trust for long-term relationships.
