Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, run reviews, and offer guidance in everyday language, while growing your local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll combine tax expertise with customer service to build lasting relationships and contribute to community engagement, supported by TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan for future liabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help build long-term client relationships in the local community.
