Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers in person, prepare taxes, provide advice, and support software usage to help clients achieve better financial outcomes.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing, and deliver a friendly, knowledgeable experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

  • Licensed EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
  • Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
  • Onsite availability Sundays-Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax locally and act as a community ambassador.
  • Nurture leads and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
  • Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
