Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base. You’ll engage with customers, provide personalized tax solutions, and participate in local marketing efforts to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must hold or obtain PTIN for filing taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
