Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building a local client base with marketing support from TurboTax.

As a front-facing ambassador, you will engage with the community, demonstrate TurboTax products, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes while upholding Intuit’s mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
