Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement and building long-term relationships, with marketing support and a focus on delivering prosperous outcomes for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, including Sundays.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term trust.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit video tools.
• Address inquiries and help clients overcome tax-related challenges.
