Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with tax returns and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, provide full tax preparation, and offer personalized solutions while engaging with the community. You’ll collaborate with a team of financial experts and leverage TurboTax tools to drive customer loyalty, deliver quality service, and support Intuit's mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax rules.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Interact in-person and via Intuit video tools with clients and team.
