Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, helping customers maximize refunds while building local relationships and loyalty.

The role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and leveraging TurboTax tools to grow the client base. Must reside in the United States and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; available Sunday–Saturday; minimum 20 hours/week.
• Experience providing tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience at retail locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
