Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a friendly, community-facing environment.

You will build client relationships, grow the local TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing support to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools in everyday language.
