Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice and full preparation services. You will grow the local client base and provide personalized planning while engaging with the community.

The role emphasizes in-person service, entrepreneurial ownership of a client portfolio, and a strong focus on customer relationships within a retail tax environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Experience in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Use government resources, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
