Job summary

Michaels in Brandon, FL is looking for a Sales Manager to lead front-end operations and drive a high-performing selling culture. You will coach the team, enforce SOPs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-store services.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS optimization, loyalty program enrollment, and coordination of events like Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and guided framing services where applicable. A minimum of 3 years in retail leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs.

• Coordinate events and in-store programs.
• Drive omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Support protection plans and service offerings.
• Manage assets protection and shrink reduction.
