Qualifications

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in-store.
Retail or sales experience.
Fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

Deepen knowledge of Apple products and repair processes.
Support customers with Apple product issues with care and empathy.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
Share knowledge with the team to improve service quality.
Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
