Apple Retail seeks a Technical Specialist to deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for customers, while also generating excitement for Apple products and services. You will educate customers on repair options and help them get the most from their Apple devices.

You will continuously learn about Apple products and Genius Bar repair processes to support high-quality repairs and excellent customer care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting steps to identify root causes in a customer service environment.
• Willingness to learn about Apple products, services, and repair processes.
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment and balancing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Provide feedback on recurring repair problems to contribute to product improvements.
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy and on product/service options.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including support on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.
