Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills with store management and associates
• Must have good computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Self-starter who performs well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage storage buy pick-up process
• Assist customers with product knowledge and selections
• Verify identity of pickup person and obtain required customer information
• Deliver storage buy orders via POS
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling
• Keep products stocked and clean per brand standards
