Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Support Associate to assist guests across in-store, phone, and digital channels. You’ll help with orders, manage calls, and support store teams with accurate data entry and payments.

The role is full-time, in-store, with a retail schedule and opportunities for growth. Hourly pay starts at $18, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
• Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
• Physical demands include standing/walking on showroom floor and desk work

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Help with orders, manage calls, and support store teams using appropriate systems
• Enter orders accurately and process payments by cash or card
