Job summary

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey. You’ll complete training, develop skills in customer service and digital tools, and contribute to a seamless experience across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
