Job summary

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and assist customers through their shopping journey. This role focuses on developing skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service-plan recommendations, with success measured by customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and explain technology and service options.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
