Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate on T-Mobile solutions and showcase value.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promote the T-Mobile app, and assist with onboarding and store operations.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
