Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize in-store experiences. You’ll engage customers, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales in a high-traffic retail setting. Success comes from understanding needs, demonstrating value, and delivering exceptional service.

Requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales. Eligible for stock grants and a 401(k); guaranteed hourly pay with training pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
